If the personal information policy is amended due to changes in laws and government guidelines or in Company policies, the Company will publish such changes through website notification (or via individual notification).

3.How personal information is destroyed
The Company will delete and destroy any personal information immediately after the purposes of retaining the information are accomplished. The information is destroyed according to the following procedure and method.
- Procedure
Personal information is destroyed after being stored for the stipulated period of use and retention (please refer to “period of use and retention” above). Personal information transferred to a separate database will not be used for any other purpose and be destroyed upon expiration of the period of retention, except when required by law.
- Method
Personal information saved in electronic form will be deleted by a method that does not allow for any possibility of data recovery. Personal information printed on paper will be destroyed by a paper shredder.
4. Provision of personal information
In principle, the Company does not provide the personal information of the information provider to third parties. However, we provide with consent from the information provider for instances listed below to provide additional audition opportunities to the Applicant, etc. to HYBE and HYBE subsidiaries in Korea and overseas; the Company adheres to proper procedures as stipulated by relevant statutes.

5. Protecting the personal information of minors
When the company collects personal information of those under the age of 14 years or the age of minority in the corresponding jurisdiction for application to an audition, the following additional procedures will be in place to protect the personal information of minors.
1) The Company will notify the legal representative with the privacy policy of the Company including purposes of collection, sharing information, etc.
2) The legal representative will be granted access to the child's personal information / be able to amend or delete personal information / be able to suspend processing of personal information / revoke consent provided previously.
3) Restrictions on collecting information beyond what is necessary for taking part in the audition
6. Rights and exercise of rights of information providers and their legal representatives
- The information provider and legal representative may at any time request to view or change their own information or the information of a minor under age 14 that has been registered.
- Please contact the Personal Information Protection Officer (CPO) by writing, phone or email should you wish to view or make changes to the personal information of the information provider or minor under age 14, and we will carry our your request without delay.
- If the information provider requests a revision of an error in personal information, the relevant information will not be used or provided until the revision has been completed.
- Personal information deleted at the request of the information provider or legal representative will be processed as detailed in “Period of retention and use of personal information”, and are processed to ensure that the information cannot be accessed or used for any other purpose.
7. Installation, operation and declining consent to personal information collection devices
Cookies are small pieces of text files that are installed onto the user’s PC via the Web browser used by the user accessing a Web site. When a user makes a repeat access of the site, the site server reads the contents of the cookie stored on the user’s PC to maintain the user’s settings and provide an optimal internet service environment. The user has the right to choose regarding cookies, and may adjust browser settings to permit all cookies, receive prompts when cookies are installed, or refuse all cookies. However, refusing to store cookies may lead to certain limitations in service.
8. How to configure cookies
- (Example: The information provider may adjust the settings of the browser being used by the information provider to permit all cookies, receive prompts when cookies are installed, or refuse all cookies.
- Adjusting settings (for Internet Explorer): Tools -> Internet Options -> Privacy
- However, the information provider may experience certain limitations in service if cookies are refused.
9. Technical/administrative measures to protect personal information
In processing the user’s personal information, the Company may take reasonable actions to ensure safety so that any loss, theft, leakage, alteration/falsification, or damage to personal information is prevented, and technical measures to that end are deployed as follows:
The user’s personal information is protected via passwords and encrypted data. Nevertheless, as the user’s password or personal information are susceptible to exposure through varying means, including the use of the internet in public places, maintaining vigilance in protecting your personal information is vital. Users are therefore strongly urged to refrain from exposing or providing personal information to strangers, and to responsibly manage their personal information. The Company is not liable for any problems that arise due to the personal mistakes of information providers or the inherent risks of the internet.
The Company uses anti-virus programs as preventive measures against harm from computer viruses, and such programs are updated on a periodic basis. If a virus is detected, a vaccine is provided immediately after it is available to ensure that the system is cleansed and your personal information is protected.
The Company utilizes safe encryption algorithms to transmit personal information over computer networks.
The Company acknowledges the importance of protecting the information provider’s personal information, and as such, places reasonable restrictions on employees that handle personal information. In an effort to safeguard personal information, the chief privacy officer periodically trains the employees responsible for handling privacy issues. In addition, the Company runs regular audits on the implementation of commitments set out in this Policy and the compliance by relevant employees, so that any breach is either remedied or improved, and other necessary measures are adopted.
10.Inquiries and complaints regarding personal information

11. Consignment of personal information processing
For the purpose of service use, implementation of contracts and enhancement of user convenience, the Company, if needed, consigns the processing of personal information to dedicated Korean and overseas companies within the scope permitted under this Policy.

12. Opinions and dispute resolutions
1) The Company operates a customer relations service where users can voice their opinions and file complaints related to personal information protection and seek communication and resolution.

13. Mandatory Disclosure
This privacy policy has been initially created on August 1, 2022, and any insertion, deletion, and modification to its content in line with government and company policy change will be posted on the website in advance; this policy shall enter into effect on the date of disclosure.
